Armen Kiramijyan

Armen Kiramijyan specializes in business litigation and consulting. He serves as an attorney at specialty litigation and trial law firm, KAASS LAW, located in Los Angeles. He serves as an Expert Economist in cases dealing with business valuation and the present value of the loss.

He graduated with a B.A. and M.A. in Economics the University of Southern California in 2007. He worked as a Money Management Portfolio Administrator for Western Asset, an American-based global investment management firm and a principal subsidiary of Legg Mason, after graduation.

Later he went on to work as an Accountant for Caruso Affiliated, one of the largest, privately held real estate companies in the US. He obtained JD in law from California Western School of Law in San Diego in the year 2010.

He has secured bar admission at the State of California and the District of Columbia. His other areas of practice include Technology, Trademark, Corporate, Trials, and Appeals.

He has obtained court admissions to practice in front of California Supreme Court, United States Supreme Court, United States Tax Court, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Central District Court of California, and District of Columbia Court of Appeals.

He also serves as an adjunct Professor of Economics and Social Science at Glendale Community College. He has served on many for-profit as well as non-profit organizational boards such as the Glendale Community College Board of Trustees and the Glendale Bar Association Board of Directors.

He is an active participant in charities and serves on the KAASS Charities Committee. He recognizes his diverse academic, professional, and cultural background as an advantage in his professional approach. It enables him to see issues from different traditions and schools of thought.

He believes his personal and professional network is a versatile asset for him during complex negotiations. He speaks Spanish, Armenian, and French languages along with English.

He is on the Board of Directors of University of Southern California Alumni Association at San Gabriel Valley and the Glendale Bar Association. He serves as an Attorney Member at the association, Consumer Attorneys of California. He was a Volunteer Attorney at the Santa Monica Bar Association. He was on the Executive Committee of Beverly Hills Bar Association.
