Arnie Mason can help with all phases of a construction project, including contract formation, advice, claims evaluation and preparation and litigation. He is well-versed in all forms of dispute resolution, including dispute review boards (DRBs), mediation and arbitration for clients who prefer to avoid litigation.

He also advises clients on federal government construction contracts and state and private projects.
Of particular interest to some of our clients who may be facing investigation is Arnie’s extensive experience in the review and defense of False Claims Act allegations. He also can advise and assist with issues related to government contracts, small business contracting opportunities, the use of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises on federally-funded projects, and Mentor-Protégé Agreements.
Arnie joined Williams Mullen after practicing with Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald for 11 years. Prior to that, Arnie held a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Stephen C.
