Arrion Dennis is an associate in Williams Mullen’s Business and Corporate practice. She assists clients with general business matters, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
Arrion serves on the board of directors of the Brookfield Foundation, which aims to enhance “the quality of life in metro Richmond by investing in charitable initiatives that promote educational success, foster economic independence and develop resilient youth and families.”
She received her Juris Doctor degree from William & Mary Law School, where she was the editor-in-chief of the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal. While in law school, Arrion was actively involved in the Black Law Students Association, serving as the undergraduate outreach chair, competed as a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution team and worked as a student admission ambassador.
She also worked at Williams Mullen as a summer associate in 2014. Prior to attending law school, Arrion earned her Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Education degree in higher education administration from the College of William & Mary. She also worked as a higher education administrator in Residence Life and Orientation at Grinnell College.
