
Artemis Vamianakis is a shareholder at Fabian VanCott, practicing primarily in the areas of complex commercial litigation and administrative law, energy and natural resources, and employment law.
She has experience representing commercial clients in complex disputes including breach of contract claims, torts, easements, mechanic’s liens, water rights, oil, gas and mineral disputes and permitting issues, wrongful termination and discrimination claims and several other areas.
She regularly advises and represents clients in administrative proceedings and appeals involving MSHA and OSHA and has experience drafting comments on proposed federal rulemaking. She advises clients on employment matters such as employee handbooks and employee discipline and termination.
Artemis has been part of Fabian VanCott trial teams pursuing complex litigation in federal and state court, administrative proceedings and appeals before federal circuit courts of appeal.
She has also appeared in oral argument of motions, defeated claims on summary judgment and resolved complex commercial disputes for clients through negotiation and mediation.
Artemis received her law degree from the University of Utah, where she graduated with honors and won numerous awards and scholarships while holding the position of Executive Director of the Global Justice Think Tank and completing an externship for a Utah Supreme Court justice.
She earned a double-major, honors bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Artemis is licensed to practice in Utah’s state and federal courts.
