Attorney Arthur Joseph Obolsky is a born and raised San Jose native. He grew up surrounded by the endless beauty of the San Francisco Bay Area, and has spent much of his life immersed in California culture.
Arthur specializes in lemon law and takes great pride in helping obtain justice for people who were unwittingly sold a “lemon” vehicle. His extensive experience in litigation allows him to successfully represent clients in a variety of lemon law cases, including battling some of the largest automobile corporations in the world.
Arthur attended Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business, where he earned his undergraduate degree in business. He went to law school at the University of San Diego School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor and served as Comments Editor of the university’s San Diego Law Review academic journal.
During his time as a legal clerk for the Deputy Chief of the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California, Arthur assisted in the division’s goal of defending civil actions brought against the officers, agencies and employees of the federal government in the Southern California district.
Before founding his own law practice, he worked for Higgs Fletcher & Mack, LLP, one of Southern California’s most prestigious law firms. After some time Arthur realized he preferred the lawyer-client relationship of smaller boutique law firms, and set out to dedicate his practice to helping clients on a more personal and individualized level.
Today, along with Attorney Anthony J. Sperber, Arthur spends his time at Lemon Law Partners, LLP working one-on-one with clients. His practice is founded on the principles of integrity, diligence and the utmost ethical conduct, and he measures success by the complete satisfaction of his clients.
