Arthur Telegen is a partner in the Labor & Employment Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Mr. Telegen has over four decades of experience as a labor lawyer, having previously practiced at a major Boston-based firm for 35 years where he served as chairman of its labor and employment department.
Mr. Telegen has represented national and international employers across the spectrum of industries in labor and employment matters. He has successfully handled labor arbitrations involving many millions of dollars of potential liability and client-critical labor matters before the NLRB and the federal trial and appellate courts.
Clients rely upon Mr. Telegen for strategic advice in labor negotiations, work stoppages, and other high pressure union-events. A significant part of his practice involves counseling clients regarding the labor and employment issues involved in restructuring and major corporate transactions.
In 2001, Mr. Telegen was elected a Fellow in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. He has for many years been ranked “Band 1” by Chambers USA and been recognized by the various rating organizations.
