Aruna K. Hatti has over 15 years of legal experience representing clients in transactional and regulatory matters. She has extensive experience in assisting real estate developers and small to mid-sized companies with finding creative and practical solutions to deal-making.
Ms. Hatti reviews, negotiates, and drafts purchase and sale agreements, leases, subordination agreements, licensing agreements, and custom agreements. Ms. Hatti also advises clients on environmental matters, including redevelopment of contaminated real estate, environmental liability transfers, and the mitigation of environmental risk.
Ms. Hatti is a graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Law. At Vanderbilt, Ms. Hatti was an Articles Editor for the Vanderbilt Law Review. Prior to law school, Ms. Hatti obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Cornell University.
