Ashley Drumm is a litigator and trial lawyer who represents global and national companies in mass tort, products liability, and commercial litigation. Ashley defends cases across multiple jurisdictions and has additional experience representing clients in business torts, professional malpractice, consumer arbitration, and civil rights litigation. She has state and federal court litigation experience as well as first chair federal jury trial experience.
Ashley is counsel for a global chemical company in its asbestos personal injury and wrongful death cases in South Florida and plays a critical role in managing and developing the expert defense strategies for the company’s South Florida asbestos cases. She also defends a global pharmaceutical and consumer goods manufacturer in talc-related personal injury and wrongful death cases filed throughout Florida.
Ashley received the Daily Business Review’s Most Effective Lawyer award for her innovative strategy and resolution of a mass tort docket. She also represents individuals who cannot afford legal representation on a pro bono basis.
