Ashley B. Vandevender is an associate in King & Spalding’s Finance practice resident in the Atlanta office. Ashley is active in King & Spalding’s leveraged finance practice.
Ashley represents financial institutions, lenders and borrowers in leveraged finance, asset-based lending, venture debt financing and other secured and unsecured lending transactions.
Ashley holds a J.D. from Walter F. George School of Law, Mercer University, where she graduated magna cum laude and served on the Mercer Law Review, Journal of Southern Legal History and the board of the Mercer Advocacy Council. Upon graduation, Ashley was inducted into the Brainerd Currie Honor Society, the National Order of the Barristers and the National Order of the Scribes.
Prior to joining the firm, Ashley served as a law clerk for the Honorable Marc. T. Treadwell in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.
