Audrey S. Olson represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law in both single-plaintiff and class-action matters, including employment discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, unfair competition, and misappropriation of trade secrets.
She also represents employers and insurers defending claims for denial of benefits under employer-sponsored plans governed by ERISA. An important aspect of Audrey’s practice is counseling clients on how to avoid problems in the workplace.
She conducts employee trainings on proper workplace conduct and advises employers on a variety of matters, including wage and hour compliance, terminations, disciplinary matters, development of workplace policies, employee handbooks, harassment and discrimination complaints, and compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
As a member of Fabian VanCott’s Litigation practice group, Audrey also handles a wide range of complex civil actions in both state and federal courts involving business torts, receiverships, and breach of contract claims.
Audrey is licensed in both Utah and California and is a member of the Women Lawyers of Utah and the California Receivers Forum.
