
Barry Stulberg focuses his practice on technology and other commercial transactions involving intellectual property. He has extensive domestic and international experience helping early stage ventures, emerging growth companies, and global corporations successfully develop, protect, market, advertise, license and monetize a variety of regulated products and services.
Barry represents clients in a broad range of transactions involving software, hardware, cloud, mobile, e-commerce, and social media. His industry experiences spans healthcare, financial services, branded merchandise, and entertainment.
As a former senior in-house counsel with Microsoft Corporation, Barry is highly skilled at delivering creative and action-oriented counsel that is firmly rooted in a contextual understanding of the business and legal landscapes in which his clients operate.
Barry regularly advises clients in matters related to product development, licensing and distribution, data privacy and information security, advertising and marketing compliance, procurement, sales and support, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic alliances.
Barry is also a member of the Board of Directors of Cancer Pathways, a nonprofit organization that offers education, support, and community programs for men, women, teens and children living with cancer along with their families and friends.
