Barry W. Graham, with 39 years of IP law experience, focuses his practice on client counseling concerning IP protection, assertion, accused infringement defense, and portfolio management. His practice concerns a variety of technologies, primarily clean energy, digital health, consumer electronics, semiconductor design and fabrication, telecommunications systems, and computers.
Prior to joining Finnegan in 1982, he served as a technical adviser and law clerk to the Honorable Phillip B. Baldwin, U.S. Court of Customs and Patent Appeals, Washington, D.C. 1980-1982. During the Vietnam War, he served as a U.S. Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) officer and diver and as a race relations education specialist, 1971-1974.
