- Representing at—including at trial—a major drug manufacturer facing personal injury claims related to a widely used antipsychotic prescription medication and involving thousands of individual plaintiffs.
- Represented a major telecommunications and entertainment company in connection with its trial defense of a proposed merger challenged on antitrust grounds by the Department of Justice.
