Benjamin Aqua is an associate in King & Spalding’s Finance practice resident in the Atlanta office. Ben is active in King & Spalding’s leveraged finance practice.
Ben represents financial institutions, lenders, and borrowers in leveraged finance transactions and other secured and unsecured lending transactions.
Ben holds a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and served as the Senior Online Editor of the Georgia Law Review.
