Benjamin Alper has valuable experience as a former prosecutor. He previously litigated in the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Northern District of Georgia, the Criminal Justice Division of the Georgia Attorney General’s Office, and the Northern Virginia Capital Defender’s Office.

Mr. Alper’s experience as a prosecutor gives him working knowledge of criminal law from both sides of the courtroom, allowing him to strengthen our clients’ cases by finding weaknesses in the prosecution’s case.
