Benjamin C Green

Benjamin C. Green has been practicing criminal law over 20 years. Ben’s primary areas of practice are criminal defense, DUI defense and related administrative proceedings, including MVD administrative proceedings.

Ben served as a former Deputy County Attorney with the Maricopa County Attorney’s office from 1999 through 2001 where he was assigned the duties of prosecuting major felony matters.

Prior to that, Ben worked for the well-established law firm of Carson Messinger Elliot Laughlin & Ragan, P.L.L.C.

Ben represents clients in both felony and misdemeanor cases pending in both State and Federal courts. Ben has conducted numerous jury and bench trials in various municipal, city, justice and superior courts across the State of Arizona.

Ben has successfully defended clients in charges ranging from minor misdemeanors to homicide.

In particular, Ben has successfully defended clients charged with city code violations, domestic violence offenses, drug and alcohol related offenses, theft and fraud related offenses, weapons charges, assault and violent offenses, vehicular crimes and homicide.
