Benjamin Garcia

Benjamin Garcia was born in Manhattan, New York. At the age of seven, he and his family relocated to the beautiful Sunshine State. Benjamin was raised in Orlando and graduated from Oak Ridge High School.

While a student athlete at Oak Ridge High School, his track coach taught him a vital lesson that has remained with him through his life. It’s called “The Three D’s”: determination, dedication, and discipline. Benjamin believes possessing and incorporating these indispensable principles into his work ethic is essential. He is not satisfied until he has obtained the best possible outcome for injured clients and their families.

He is a proud two-time “Rattler,” earning his Bachelor and Juris Doctor Degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. At an early age, Benjamin desired not only to become a beacon of light to communities similar to his own, but also to help those communities and its residents thrive.

While attending law school, Benjamin began serving as a mentor for at-risk youth ranging in ages of 11 to 18. He continues to do so through Life Beyond Adversity, a non-profit foundation founded by him.

During his time at FAMU College of Law, he gained valuable and practical years of experience at a prominent personal injury law firm. The skills learned during his years as a Law Clerk and young associate allowed him to become an efficient, thorough leader who will maximize a recovery on your behalf.
