Benjamin M. Jewell’s developing practice includes intellectual property, litigation and corporate matters. Drawing on his background in the life sciences and genetics, he provides clients a unique perspective and analytical approach to problem solving.
Ben’s recent experiences include helping a fitness equipment manufacturer prepare for court-mandated mediation in a trademark infringement case, and advising a fitness center of possible defenses in a class action lawsuit regarding its membership fees.
Additionally, he assisted a pharmaceutical company with the filing of its Form 10 and a confidential request letter with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
