Benjamin (“Ben”) Sacks is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group. He has a general corporate practice encompassing representation of U.S. investment fund sponsors and fund investors. Ben has worked with sponsors ranging from first-time fundraisers to well-established market participants.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Ben attended Harvard Law School. There, he served as co-editor in chief of the Harvard Negotiation Law Review, interned for a judge on the Suffolk County Superior Court and assisted clients on a variety of pro-bono matters, including military discharge upgrades, claims for social security disability benefits and criminal defense hearings. Ben also served as a Teaching Fellow at Harvard College, where he taught introductory courses on Economics.
