Benjamin R. Schlesinger practices patent litigation in the electrical and computer technology fields. He has been involved in various aspects of litigation before U.S. district courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), including drafting motions, preparing and responding to discovery requests, and depositions.
While in law school, Ben worked at Finnegan as a summer associate and a law clerk, gaining experience in patent litigation, patent prosecution, and veteran appeals. Prior to law school, Benworked as a control systems engineer for a large aircraft engine manufacturer.
While obtaining his undergraduate degree, he worked as an electrical engineering co-op with several engineering companies, including a company in Germany for over five months.
