Benjamin Snyder is an associate in King & Spalding’s Finance practice resident in the New York office. Ben is active in King & Spalding’s leveraged finance, asset based finance, acquisition finance, private equity and project finance practices.
Ben represents financial institutions, private equity and strategic sponsors, developers and commodity hedge counterparties in leveraged finance, acquisition finance, project finance, and other secured and unsecured lending transactions.
Ben holds a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law where he graduated magna cum laude in 2012 and served as an executive editor of the Syracuse Law Review.
Prior to joining King & Spalding, Ben was employed at another major international law firm.
