Benjamin Watson is an associate in King & Spalding’s Trial and Global Disputes practice group. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Mr. Watson has represented clients in contract, ERISA, insurance coverage, and appellate litigation.
Mr. Watson served as a law clerk to the Hon. Debra Ann Livingston of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Before joining King & Spalding, Mr. Watson was an associate with Steptoe & Johnson LLP in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Watson graduated, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where he was Notes Editor of the Harvard Law Review. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, from the Ohio State University.
