Billy Marsh

Billy Marsh advises clients on their most challenging and complex legal issues. He has successfully represented large corporations, directors, officers, funds, and fund managers in high-stakes securities, shareholder, and class action litigation. In the course of those representations, he has developed expertise in fiduciary duties and attorney-client privilege and advises clients on those issues in complicated transactions.

Billy has also represented clients in government investigations and enforcement proceedings, and clients often turn to him for advice on how to navigate complex laws and regulations that affect their business.
