Blair Druhan Bullock joined the firm’s Litigation Practice Group after clerking for Judge Stephen A. Higginson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Blair attended Vanderbilt University, receiving both a J.D. and a Ph.D. in Law and Economics.
Her graduate studies not only deepened her knowledge of equal employment opportunity laws, but allowed her to explore the important role of economics in the legal practice – from the use of statistics and regression analysis by expert witnesses in the courtroom to the role of cost-benefit analysis in regulatory actions.
While attending law school, Blair coauthored an article published in the Washington and Lee Law Review and presented her research at the Law and Economics Association annual meeting and conferences at the University of Alabama School of Law and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Blair graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Economics and a minor in French. She received the Charles P. Anson Award in recognition of maintaining the top GPA in the Economics Department.
