Blake Frye has been practicing law for 18 years. His primary emphasis is Intellectual Property litigation. Mr. Frye obtained his law degree from the Georgia State University College of Law. He has an engineering degree from Georgia Tech and he uses his engineering background to litigate complex intellectual property issues on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Frye handles patent, copyright and trademark disputes, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He also represents clients in contract and other commercial disputes.
Mr. Frye has tried numerous cases throughout Georgia and in several other states. He has extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts, as well as state and federal appellate experience.
He is a member of the Intellectual Property section of the Georgia Bar, the Intellectual Property Section of the Atlanta Bar, and the Cobb County Bar’s Business Law and Litigation Section.
Among his many notable victories, Mr. Frye recently represented an author who obtained a $1.87 million verdict in a copyright infringement case. He also represented a plaintiff who won a $2.73 million verdict in a stock fraud lawsuit.
