Bo’s skill in the area of corporate finance comes not only from his breadth of legal experience leading the drafting, negotiating and closing scores of private equity, venture capital and mezzanine finance lending transactions, but also from Bo’s entrepreneurial endeavors as a founder of his own software company, where he put together investment materials, gave the investor presentations and successfully raised startup capital from outside investors for his new business. In fact, Bo counts among his greatest accomplishments founding a startup software company, raising capital from outside investors, and successfully building, launching and selling his software products to paying customers. Before practicing law, Bo was a systems engineer working for the U.S. Army, where he was twice officially commended for leadership and technical expertise.
