Bobby Neil Click works as an associate attorney at Parkman White, LLP. He has deep and substantial experience in the courtroom. Bobby used most of his time in law school concentrating on getting the skills important to passionately and efficiently provide representation to persons accused of disobeying the law.
Bobby was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. He obtained B.A. in Philosophy and a minor in Psychology from the University of Alabama. He earned his Juris Doctorate Cum Laude from the University Of Alabama School Of Law. At this school, he also was the recipient of the Dean’s Community Service Award. Bobby was a member of the Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society, Order of the Samaritan, and the Journal of the Legal Profession during his days in law school.
Upon succeeding at the bar exam, Bobby started his legal practice working at the Public Defender’s Office in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. While working as an Assistant Public Defender, he improved his skills in criminal law. He also provided representation to several clients in Municipal, District and Circuit Court.
Mr. Click has won many felony and misdemeanor trial cases before judges and juries. For about 3 years he went to the Gideon’s Promise training program for Public Defenders. At the program he was taught leadership and strategy for solid criminal defense.
Additionally to the substantial work in criminal law, he also has civil litigation experience since he worked at a big, regional civil defense law office. Neil is an active member of the Alabama State Bar and Tuscaloosa Bar Association. He keeps a solid relationship with the legal community in Tuscaloosa.
