Brad W. Breslau concentrates his practice in complex litigation, with an emphasis on insurance, subrogation and recovery. Brad also has an active litigation practice in the areas of commercial, real estate, and oil and gas litigation.
Brad currently serves as the office managing partner of the firm’s Denver office and chair of the Subrogation & Recovery Department’s Rocky Mountain regional offices. Prior to joining the firm, Brad was the founding and managing partner of, and practiced with, Grund & Breslau, P.C.
Brad has served as an arbitrator, expert witness, and court-appointed mediator on numerous occasions. He has lectured business professionals on numerous issues involving civil liability as well as attorneys and insurance professionals on the subjects of insurance, construction, employment discrimination, and condominium litigation in Colorado.
In 1976, Brad received his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He earned his law degree from the University of Denver College of Law in 1979. Brad is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations.
