Brad Buck is an associate in the firm’s Birmingham office. As a member of the Real Estate practice group, he advises clients on acquiring, developing, and leasing commercial real estate and represents lenders and borrowers in commercial lending transactions.
Brad’s experience includes general business transactions and complex litigation in both state and federal courts in real estate, toxic tort/environmental, asbestos, mass tort, and banking matters. His practice areas also include government contracting, bid disputes, bid preparation, contract management and contract compliance.
Prior to entering the legal profession, Brad served as press secretary and legislative aide for U.S. Congressman Robert B. Aderholt. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, and holds an M.S. in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Immunology and a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences from Auburn University.
