Brad Ryder has been practicing law in north Alabama since 1992. He is a civil trial attorney who primarily represents people who have been wrongfully harmed by others. He takes pride in assisting people in their time of need.
Brad has successfully tried over 100 cases, both jury and non-jury, in federal and state court. He relentlessly works to obtain full and complete compensation for all of his clients’ injuries and related losses, whether through settlement or trial before a jury.
This includes injuries sustained in automobile wrecks, motorcycle wrecks, wrecks involving 18-wheelers, wrecks caused by intoxicated or distracted drivers, while a patient in a nursing home, or from using a defective product.
Brad is admitted to practice in all courts in Alabama, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

To obtain this designation, Brad had to complete a comprehensive written exam, be reviewed by other attorneys and judges before whom he has tried cases, and provide proof of his trial experience.
