Bradford focuses on commercial real estate lending and structured finance, representing rating agencies, issuers, sellers, originators, servicers and other transaction participants in connection with transactions involving single-family and commercial/multifamily mortgage loans, subprime automobile loans, commercial office and industrial leases, ground leases and other financial assets.
Bradford received his B.A. summa cum laude in economics from the University of Alabama in 2008 and received a joint graduate degree, M.S. in finance and Ph.D. in economics, from The University of Alabama in 2011. He received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was on the editorial board of the Virginia Tax Review.
