Bradley Cornett born in Maryville, Tennessee, Brad Cornett received his bachelor of science degree in business administration summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee where he was a member of Omicron Delta Kappa. He received his law degree from the University of North Carolina where he was a member of Holderness Moot Court and the Christian Legal Society.
He has been admitted to practice law in Alabama since 1995. Brad is a member of the Alabama State Bar (Leadership Forum; Disciplinary Rules and Enforcement Committee), Etowah County Bar Association (Secretary / Treasurer, 1999-2000), American Inns of Court (Secretary / Treasurer, Etowah County Chapter, 2002-2007), Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, and the Defense Research Institute.
He has an active trial practice including insurance defense, products liability, municipal liability, creditors rights (corporate collections and bankruptcy), premises liability, automobile accidents, on-the-job injuries, and related litigation matters.
