
Bradley T. Giordano is a partner in our Financial Restructuring practice and member of the Alternative Capital and Credit Group. He represents debtors, lender groups, creditors, equity sponsors, and strategic investors in all aspects of in-court and out-of-court restructurings. Brad also advises senior managers and boards of directors on operating in Chapter 11, fiduciary duty considerations, and strategic restructuring alternatives.
In addition, Brad also advises credit and private equity fund clients in connection with strategic acquisitions or dispositions of distressed assets.
Brad’s experience in restructuring includes complex multijurisdictional and cross-border matters, spanning a number of industries including energy, healthcare, technology, hospitality, media, retail, airlines, aircraft manufacturing, telecom and heavy machinery. Some of Brad’s significant representations include advising Avaya, Dex Media, Sabine Oil & Gas, Hawker Beechcraft, MS Resorts, InSight Health, and Japan Airlines, among others.
Prior to joining King & Spalding, Brad was a Restructuring partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
