Bradley Sanders counsels clients in business, corporate and real estate law as well as litigation involving contractual, commercial and corporate disputes. He advises clients in creating corporations, limited liability companies and other legally recognized entities and ensuring that corporate clients are properly qualified to do business in Alabama and Mississippi.
He has represented private companies in the purchase and acquisition of assets, including the drafting of acquisition agreements and closing documents, the formation of subsidiaries necessary to complete the acquisitions and providing real estate advice and counsel. He has advised entrepreneurs in negotiations for the lease of property in order to open businesses and restaurants.
Bradley has represented clients in the oil and gas industry in real estate, regulatory and tax matters and before the Alabama State Oil and Gas Board. He has also represented landowners in negotiations with major oil companies in connection with oil, gas and mineral matters and contractual disputes, including reviewing title and drafting title opinions.
Bradley served as an intern with the National Economic Council of the Executive Office of the President of the United States under President George W. Bush and Director Lawrence B. Lindsey. He also served as a staff law clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Bradley received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law; in 2003. During law school, he served as the Associate Articles Editor for the Mississippi Law Journal. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Millsaps College in 1999.
