Bradley W. Fitzgerald has broad experience in litigation and transportation. His litigation work involves toxic torts, repetitive motion/stress claims, ergonomics, and transportation freight and cargo claims.
He also advises and represents employers regarding occupational safety and health, and advises motor carriers regarding regulatory compliance.
As a member of the Transportation Lawyers Association and the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel, he represents railroad companies, trucking companies, businesses operating commercial and motor vehicles, and shippers.

Brad earned his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, and joined Woods Rogers immediately after graduating in 1984. He received his undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech, graduating magna cum laude.
