
Brady Cassis advises clients on navigating complex international and domestic regulatory issues. His international practice focuses on internal and government investigations and compliance counseling related to FCPA and other anti-corruption matters before the SEC and DOJ.
In his domestic practice, Brady assists clients with compliance and enforcement issues under a variety of federal and state environmental regulatory regimes. Brady is active in Steptoe’s pro bono program and most recently helped secure asylum for two young children.
Before joining Steptoe, Brady worked in economic research and government affairs for two public policy think tanks and as lead policy researcher for a political campaign.
