Brady L. Green is a shareholder with the firm. He has served as national coordinating counsel for several companies with respect to asbestos product liability litigation, and he has counseled those companies on both litigation and non-litigation matters including regulatory compliance, warranties and warnings.
Brady has handled the preparation and trial of products liability and toxic tort cases around the country, involving various construction products, machinery and equipment, automotive products, blood derivatives and medical devices, as well as environmental contamination from various sources.
His practice also has included briefing and argument of significant legal issues at both the trial and appellate court levels. He has also counseled clients with regard to assessment of and protection against potential product liability and mass tort.
In addition, Brady has litigated complex commercial, estate, bankruptcy and professional liability matters in state and federal courts. He has represented officers, directors and shareholders in closely-held businesses in disputes relating to shareholder rights, fiduciary duties, corporate governance and related matters, and he has provided counsel regarding the structure and documentation of various transactions regarding such businesses.
