
Brandon Carr is a seasoned litigator who is passionate about serving his clients. Before joining The Ledger Law Firm, Brandon practiced at a civil litigation firm in Southern California.
His primary experience has been with personal injury and wrongful death cases. He also has worked on cases involving civil rights, contractual disputes, and elder abuse. He has extensive experience with all parts of litigation, including mediation, arbitration, and trials.
Prior to becoming a member of the State Bar of California, Mr. Carr worked as a Law Clerk with the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office. His primary goal in practicing law is to serve others. He works tirelessly for his clients to ensure that their rights are protected and their recoveries are maximized.
Brandon graduated in the top 15% of his class from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He was active on the Regent University Law Review where he was a Senior Editor. He was also honored to be elected Chair of the Regent University Trial Advocacy Board. As part of the Board, he competed successfully in many national trial competitions, including winning Best Brief at the National Pretrial Competition.
Brandon also gained experience working with the Drug and Gang Unit at the United States Attorney’s Office and as a judicial extern for a United States District Judge.
Brandon grew up in Iowa and received degrees in Political Science and Psychology from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa. While at Iowa State, he was President of Beta Sigma Psi fraternity and active in the theatre department. In his free time, Brandon enjoys golfing and running. Brandon lives in Irvine with his wife Heather and their two rabbits.
