Brandon Curtin is an associate in the Boston office of Locke Lord LLP where he practices corporate law. Brandon has also assisted in representing clients before the Committee on Foreign Investments in the United States (“CFIUS”), particularly under the new regulations promulgated under the Foreign Investment Risk Review Modernization Act of 2018 (“FIRRMA”), including transactions involving controlling and non-controlling acquisitions of U.S. companies involved in the so-called “pilot program” businesses.
At Boston College Law School, he was a member of the team which won the Craven Moot Court Competition in 2018.
