
Brandon Zeller represents insurers in all areas of litigation. He has particular experience handling environmental, liability, and coverage issues for clients in the oil and gas industry, as well as royalty disputes, downhole litigation, environmental claims regarding historical oil and gas operations, and offshore regulatory matters.
Brandon also routinely handles commercial and corporate disputes involving fiduciary duty, business ownership, promissory notes, and government contracts for clients in state and federal courts.
Brandon earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School, during which he was a Senior Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy and a participant in its Emmett Environmental Law & Policy Clinic.
Where he represented renewable energy companies in administrative litigation and drafted assorted memoranda on various topics pertaining to environmental law. He also interned at the North Carolina Department of Justice.
