Brandon Keel is an associate in the firm’s Contracts and Business Torts practice. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Brandon has represented clients through all stages of litigation in a wide variety of disputes, including consumer and securities fraud class actions, contract disputes, shareholder derivative lawsuits, and business torts.
Before joining King & Spalding, Brandon was a litigation associate with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Chicago, IL, where he represented a number of Fortune 500 companies in high-stakes commercial litigation.
During his time at Skadden, he helped secure dismissals of numerous purported consumer class action lawsuits against one of the nation’s leading food and beverage companies. Brandon also represented clients in substantial litigation matters arising out of the financial crisis.
