Brandon M. Daniels

Brandon Daniels hails from the great state of Alabama before moving to Florida in 2005. Mr. Daniels attended the prestigious Auburn University, located in Auburn Alabama, and graduated in the year 2000 with honors.

Upon graduation, Brandon attended the Georgia Police Academy, located in Columbus Georgia where he became certified as a police officer and worked in Columbus Georgia for a year. In 2002, Brandon left the Columbus Police Department and took employment with the Montgomery Police Department, located in Montgomery Alabama.

He attended the State of Alabama police academy, located in Montgomery Alabama and received his certification as an officer.

While serving the citizens of Montgomery Alabama, Brandon was promoted to Detective and conducted hundreds of investigations to include, Death Investigation, Drug Trafficking, Auto Theft, Robbery, and Crimes against Persons.

While working for the Montgomery Police Department, Brandon attended the prestigious Faulkner University, Thomas Goode School of Law and graduated in 2006. Since graduation, Brandon and his team has focused their practice on Criminal Defense, DUI Defense, Personal Injury Litigation, Family Law, and Business Law matters.

In 2009, Brandon started The Daniels Law Firm and has had the privilege of helping the citizens of Sarasota, Manatee, Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties ever since. In 2012, Attorney Bryan C. Hannan joined Brandon and they created DANIELS & HANNAN, Attorneys at Law.

Together their focus is to fight for the individual rights of the wrongly accused and victims of automobile accidents and those charged with DUI. As a symbol of protection against bad DUI arrests, DANIELS & HANNAN, utilize the DUI DOGG logo depicting their never ending fight to protect their client constitutional rights.
