Breann Straw

Breann Straw has been with Emerson Straw PL since 2012 as an Associate Attorney and firm administrator handling pre-litigation and post resolution matters. She is assuming an official role as the firm’s Chief Operations Officer.

As a personal injury attorney in St. Petersburg and the Tampa Bay area, Breann also handles social security disability claims and health insurance related matters.

Breann obtained her Bachelor of Science from the University of Kansas in 2001. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2004 after attending both Florida Coastal School of Law and Stetson Law School.

During law school, Breann served as the Business Editor for Florida Coastal School of Law Law Review, was a member of the mock trial team and served as a Certified Legal Intern for the St. John’s County State Attorney’s Office.

Prior to joining Emerson Straw PL, Breann was an assistant state attorney at the Pinellas County Florida State Attorney’s Office under Bernie McCabe, Esquire. Breann was raised in Nixa, Missouri. She resides in Clearwater, Florida with her husband and three children.
