An associate at Levy Konigsberg LLP, Brendan Little focuses on whistleblower matters brought under the False Claims Act, SEC, IRS, and state whistleblower provisions. He also handles individual and class action litigation involving the Employee Retirement Income Security Act and the financial services industry.
Prior to joining LK, Brendan completed a two-year clerkship with U.S. District Judge Carol E. Jackson in the Eastern District of Missouri. He also worked as an assistant attorney general in the Litigation Division of the New York State Attorney General’s Office.
Brendan received his law degree, cum laude, from Washington University (St. Louis) in 2010. While in law school, Brendan was an Associate Editor for the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy. He graduated from the University of Washington in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
Brendan is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey and Washington. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association.
