Brennan earned her J.D. at the University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law where she gained practical experience as an associate in the In House Counsel Clinic, working with a Richmond based company in corporate, real estate and litigation matters including products liability claims.
She also served as a member of the Client Counseling and Negotiations Board throughout law school. Brennan gained useful litigation experience serving as a judicial clerk for the Hon. Michael L. Moore in the Russell County Circuit Court and later while working as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia prosecuting misdemeanor and felony criminal cases.
