
Brent Bell is a partner in the Orlando office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Construction Litigation Practice Group. He is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Construction Law. He is experienced in commercial, construction, product liability, landlord/tenant, land title claims and real estate litigation, representing developers, lenders, property owners, homebuilders, contractors, subcontractors, professionals and suppliers throughout the state in their real estate, business, and construction related matters.
He handles cases involving commercial litigation, landlord/tenant litigation, construction defects, real estate disputes, lien and bond law, defective products, and product liability claims. Brent also works on both the drafting and enforcement of business and construction contracts.
Brent speaks to audiences in the real estate, development and construction industries, often speaking on bond and lien laws, landlord/tenant, construction defects, project delivery systems, the anatomy of construction lawsuits, collections, and alternate dispute resolution.
