Brett Alan Burlison began my practice handling difficult cases in difficult jurisdictions. I took on big insurance companies, large manufacturers, employers that consistently put their workers at risk, and trucking companies. I have represented individuals in numerous jury trials and handled plaintiffs’ cases throughout California and Texas in both state and federal courts.

I do my best every day to help San Francisco area residents, their families and loved ones, to deal with catastrophic injuries caused by the negligence of others including corporations. I am an experienced trial lawyer and I bring passion and perseverance to every personal injury case I take on.

Immediately prior to opening my own office, I was part of a large defense firm’s trial team. There I represented large corporations and excess insurance carriers in complex brain injury, product liability, and catastrophic injury matters.

It is precisely this background and the insight it has given me that enables me to pursue personal injury cases on behalf of plaintiffs and provide them with the compensation and justice they deserve.

I prepare each and every case as if trial is certain. I’m not going to tell you to settlement simply because it is the path of least resistance or the easiest thing to do. But I promise, whether I recommend settlement or that we take the case to trial that it will be in your best interest.
