Brett S. Bellmore is an associate and business lawyer with Foley & Larder LLP. He is a member of the Finance & Financial Institutions Practice. While in law school, Mr. Bellmore served as a legislative monitoring and policy intern for the North Carolina Conservation Network.
In that role, he researched, tracked, and analyzed environmental legislation to focus on priority agendas and proposals that would be most productive for the legislative session.
In addition, he served as a volunteer for the JusticeMatters DACA Renewal Clinic to assist recipients with renewal applications, as well as a volunteer with the North Carolina Bar Association Lawyer on the Line program.

Mr. Bellmore received his law degree from Duke University School of Law (J.D., 2017), where he was the treasurer for the American Constitution Society.
He earned his undergraduate degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison (B.A., 2012) in History, Legal Studies, and Political Science.
