Brett Kinsey has experience in myriad aspects of real estate law. He represents developers, property owners, lenders, and borrowers with respect to commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing, and development of real property, as well as resolving title matters and preparing various types of contracts.
