
Brian A. Cabianca has an extensive litigation experience of over 20 years. He serves as the chairperson of the Litigation Practice of the law firm Squire Patton Boggs in Houston, Denver, Phoenix, and Dallas.
He handles business litigation in cases involving non-compete agreements, intellectual property, securities, breach of contract, trade secrets, interference with business advantage, fraud, banking, breach of fiduciary duty, and defamation. He represents a wide range of clients from Fortune 500 companies to individual entrepreneurs.
He caters to additional legal issues such as Intellectual Property Litigation and defending class actions. He has served as the chair of Class Action and Derivative Suits Committee of the State Bar of Arizona.

Brian Cabianca has obtained his Juris Doctorate with honors from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at the Arizona State University in 1995. He served as the Articles Editor at the Arizona State University Law Journal while studying there.
He obtained admission to the Admitted in U.S. District Court of Arizona and Colorado, the Ninth Circuit U.S Court of Appeals, and all the state courts of Arizona in 1995.
Previously, he earned his Bachelor’s in Science from the Arizona State University while receiving ASU Man of the Year in 1992.
